About Me
Licensed Clinical Hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapist Practitioner; had a phenomenol 16 year career as a public school teacher prioritizing social emotional learning. I really enjoyed my volunteer role as the District Pro D Chair for the Langley School District, and my union volunteerism by advocating with the British Columbia Teachers' Federation and the Langley Teachers' Association's Executive Committee, while also volunteering as a facilitator provincially for public school teachers, with a focus on mental health, professional autonomy, and the importance of play/the early learning years.
Alchemy is important to me and I enjoy working with the power animals: Snake, Jaguar, Hummingbird, Eagle/Condor. The ancient Irish and Celtic goddesses have truly benefited my connection to the feminine energy and land/body connection. I have an appreciation for pastoral literacy with all the harmony expressed and the way the poets describe the land, colours, music, and elementals, etc. making love.
Each morning I do what I call "Dream Journaling". I bascially wake up and scribe whatever thoughts come to mind. I'm sure to draw some simple pictures and over time I've developed a storyline to parallel my dreams to my waking life. I've also noticed all kinds of patterns and things I do subconsciously, so it's exciting to build on this dream journaling. It's a peaceful time to reflect and alchemize myself continuously. I also like to follow the moon's cycles setting intension and releasing with it. I like to have fun exploring intuitive work with gemstones and crystal balls. What does your alchemy/wellness toolkit look like/sound like? Currently creating my own workshops.
I love the late Ted Andrews and the late Micheal Newton. They inspired me to be creative and innovative with my own rituals. I love watching GAIA and hope to attend their Expos and also the PA events hosted in-person. I was also inspired by David Milarch and Jim Robbins' Champion Tree project and would like to get involved with this process.
I love high strangeness; palmstry; ruins; past life insight; channeling; meditation; remote viewing; scribbing; hypnotherapy; the subconsious mind; conscious living; conscious evolution; food and drink; tarot and ritual work; nature; walking; beaches; fires; the sun; forest; lakes; sensual dancing; collaborating with colleagues to create workshops and/or raise awareness.
The more I learn the less I know, seriously...how about you?
I've moved away from categories, yet I do use them for the sake of having a common language, and I'm inviting everyone to follow suit. As our discoveries evolve, so do our categories...I suppose we need to promote the concept of impermanence, on all levels, which is huge...from temporary classification, to temporary buildings/homes, to temporary mortal lives...do I dare even say temporary soft technology homo sapiens sapiens...It begs the question if our planet itself is temporary, yet even if all these things and folks are temporary, it doesn't make it okay to dismiss the value of their existance or to rush an energy into it's death cycle, based on the notion that it will die anyways. I love paradoxes and duality...also have developed an appreication for hypicracy, as long as it's linked to humiliation...because I symotaniously believe in permanencey, and this is why alchemy is important...because these cycles require each other to thrive and it's this thriving that causes transformation. We must be open to change, for example, Pluto was declassified as a planet and I'm okay with this, are you? How you think and feel matters to the point that it creats ailments or it can inspire healing. I do believe this is just another one of our super powers, as I do believe in ancestrol trauma and I do believe in an ancient future, as a result of this...I also believe in the present moment and very welcoming of conversations about the "now", in which everything exisit symotaniously...so we are enough; things are available to us; and we're all the same...we're in the process of remembering and I'm learning to let go of memorizing things because what I need to know, comes from the heart, and that requires knowing. We're the land! I used to say "I am I", but now I say "Us is, as is". What do you say and why?
I'd also like to lovingly invite folks to support the replanting of our ancient forest because I do believe we can heal with the land. Our own physical body is also the land. Yes, I believe we are each a walking-talking piece of land. Also, those lines we put on the map aren't really there...same with the hands on the clock, as time is an illusion...we're an illusion...I flip-flop frustration and satisfaction with this concept of illusion, how about you? We are the life/death/life cycle because we are the composed/decomposed/composed cycle, AKA reincarnation, and I'm especially interested in the souls, and the life between lives, and what the heck conversations are going on, moreover the concept of "contracts"...because contracts are intensions...and I'm also facinated by schema and the diverse biology of beliefs...I don't believe in "evil", although I do believe in mental illness/rouge behaviour and poison/toxins when we lack balance. I'm really bonding with the energies of the elementals these days and just loving the PA and love to connect with others about their jouneys. I resonate with the life/death/life cycle, often hanging out with Snake and Jaguar. I totally denied and refused the calling; it was scary when it shouldn't have been, which is why we need to share stories...things have smoothed over and I feel really grounded in my ritual work. I used to want to share everything, although find my spiritual journey to be very private these days because there's such reverence and meaning...how about you? Can you relate?

Clearly, I'm one of those folks that always has lots to say and I do listen twice as much as I speak. I also enjoy comfortable silence.
There are so many stigmas about out shared passion and the right folks aren't getting the right services or support. I feel amazingly thankful to be part of the PA. Thank you for having me.
