I have a deep and abiding passion for understanding the world, and I go straight to the liminal and the anomalous to get there. Or die, and perhaps live on, trying.
I've had my share of strange events, to be sure. Maybe a few more than average. Enough to pique my curiosity, that's for sure. I feel that Scientism vs. Mythic Religion is a boring dead end, and I think research into the paranormal, combined with mystical inquiry, plus some just good old heart centered living is an excellent combination.

The Parapsychological Association is an international professional organization of scientists and scholars engaged in the study of psi (or 'psychic') experiences, such as telepathy, clairvoyance, psychokinesis, psychic healing, and precognition.
