This year’s lecture will be given by Dr. Edwin May, PA member and past president. The title of the lecture is: "Inside the Government Psychic Spying Program, STARGATE and the Model of Precognition".

The event is open to the public and is free of charge. It will take place on thursday November 5th at 7pm (reception at 6pm) on the campus of the University of West Georgia, in Carrollton, Georgia, USA.

Attendees are also encouraged to attend a special exhibition about Bill Roll (held in the Ingram Library on the campus of the University of West Georgia) prior to attending the lecture itself.

Special Collections, in partnership with the Psychology Department, presents an exhibit highlighting the career of former UWG faculty member, Dr. William G. “Bill” Roll. Titled “Bill Roll: Contributions to Parapsychology,” the exhibit will run through January 8, 2016, in Ingram Library’s Thomas B.
